« The location of the hotel is really great. The building is also lovely and the medieval atmosphere is nice. Rooms are quite big. However, I spent two horrible nights. The bed were totally uncomfortable. The worst I ever slept in. Moreover, the heating system (I was there during winter time) is som much noisy that I wasn't able to sleep... « The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »
