« Très satisfaite de mon séjour à Alisa Hôtel! Le service est au top ainsi que l’accueil! Les chambre sont vraiment deluxe avec des lits/coussins confortables. La literie est propre ainsi que la chambre. Rien à dire vraiment. La nourriture est de qualité. Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l’hôtel est sécurisé et en plein centre-ville donc à proximité de tout (Resto/bar/mall/Hopital). Je recommande cet hôtel à 1000%. Vous ne serez pas dessus! »

« Very Nice charming room, as expected. However. : The shower screen was iron and rusty. Breakfast was average. No coffee: we must use the nescafe served in the room. Also pay attention to the noise from the hotel-bar opposite which made noise all night. Fortunately, it was not too strong, but we could be less fortunate. Would I go back? Yes but not facing the hotel opposite and maybe without breakfast if not improving. Nice burger restaurant at 50 meters walk. »

« The staff especially were so helpful. They have a spacious car park and strong internet connection. »

« That's my second business stay. Very nice hotel, confortable, very well located, helpfull staff, and good restaurant. But too much noisewhen you stay at the back in the garden, with the flights and the cleaning staff of the hotel in the morning. »

« Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice. »

« Every thing about this hotel too to bottom was great. The pool. The bar. The staff. The room. The food. The security. All excellent. A bit far for Osu and major attractions but good otherwise. »

« Good »

« Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, personnel serviable et gentil, chambre spacieuse, cour arrière agréable. Bon restaurant et bar. Heureux de mon séjour! »

« Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings. »

« Very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast meal is just ok but much better during the weekend when it switches to a buffet. Location is good with some decent restaurants and coffee shops if you are willing to walk the area as I did. Sleeping can be a hastle sometimes. Not only will you hear the planes at the airport, some of the neighbors have roosters. »
