« Fantastically comfortable bed, couldn't wait to get into it each of the 3 nights we stayed. Nicely appointed and very clean accommodation but in this day and age the least expectation would be a small microwave and a sink in the room. Found plates, cups and cutlery but not ideal having to wash up in the bathroom and Ranfurly doesn't have many places to eat out at night. »

« Lovely quiet spot in the farmyard...farm activity going on nearby...dogs, sheep, utes, whistling, and a verandah in the sun to oversee it all or stroll off down the paddock. Very special. »

« Idyllic setting on a large working farm. My wife fell in love with Ginger, a small pet pig, on the property. Great hosts. The highlight of our stay on the South Island. »

« The advertised location as being on the Otago Rail Trail was incorrect. In fact it was 17 km from the trail in a different town so we couldn’t even get there. Very disappointing. »
