Huge 20 X 30 ft. inground saltwater pool! This pool is exclusively for your use and overlooks the lake!
25 Minutes to Dollywood or Gatlinburg (Smoky Mountains). Stay outside the traffic congestion yet close enough to enjoy the activities. The space There are SO MANY amazing things about these homes, I will just list a few.
LAKEFRONT
The back of the main house has a big, mowed backyard that butts directly to the lake. It is a gradual, easy, gentle slope to walk. However, some prefer to ride, so we provide a (COMPLIMENTARY) 2025 Evolution lithium battery powered golf cart (w/stereo) for your use! This cart has 4 seats and is perfect for moving guests to and from the lake/home. It also works well to haul coolers, toys etc.
SWIMMING & BOATING
This property is perfect for swimming as the water becomes gradually deeper as you enter (Great for young kids). The shore and lake do not have weeds!
Down by the swimming area is the new aluminum dock that stretches over 80' into the water! This dock is covered so your boat will be out of the weather and also provides shade for those who prefer it.
Attached to the dock is a jet-ski port with rollers that will keep your ski out of the water when not in use! You simply drive up on it.
The dock also features a platform to lay out in the sun, 4 (COMPLIMENTARY) kayaks for your use (on racks) and a swim ladder for those who choose to jump in!
The adjacent shed contains (COMPLIMENTARY) lawn chairs, life jackets, paddles & swim noodles for your use.
BOAT LAUNCH
There are several boat launches in the area including the neighborhood launch that is just down the street a mile (directions are in the digital guest book).
INGROUND POOL - Salt Water and for your exclusive use!
PRIVACY
Both these homes are located down the same long driveway that separates any would be neighbors. It is very private!
OUTDOOR FIREPIT
The firepit is located between the 2 homes and has 8 surrounding chairs.
You will find 20 sticks of (COMPLIMENTARY) firewood in the box next to the firepit to get you started.
In the main house, by the indoor fireplace you will find a bucket that contains (COMPLIMENTARY) roasting sticks and a few other campfire items for your use.
HAMMOCK ISLAND
Between the 2 homes (20' from the firepit) you will find 4 hammocks strung up for your use. While swinging and lounging you can watch the nightly bonfire & stars or simply enjoy the late afternoon shade.
GRILLING AREA
The grilling area is located between the 2 homes, next to the firepit, on the guest homes (concrete) front patio.
The patio is newly covered in tongue & groove pine wood and has 6 dimmable can lights and 2 ceiling fans for grilling/ outdoor ambiance.
(COMPLIMENTARY) propane is provided for the Weber gas grill (large grilling surface) and a 5' long aluminum prep/serving table is nearby.
There are extra lawn chairs, a rolling cooler and a picnic table there for your use as well.
HOT TUB
At the rear of the house (just outside the game room patio doors) is the 6-person hot tub. This tub overlooks the lake & often beautiful sunsets. There are stairs to enter, and it is situated under the roof overhang, so weather is never an issue.
GAMEROOM
2 Pool tables (1 in each house), shuffleboard, electronic (commercial grade) dart board, air hockey, foosball, multi-cade video game, 2 Smart TVs, Granite bar with bucket style padded bar stools, refrigerator/freezer, assorted board games, stereo & newly added KARAOKE MACHINE!
MOVIE THEATER
Featuring: 12 fully reclinable Italian leather seats, 2 huge bean bags (in front) for the kids, a huge screen, 8 wall mounted speakers, surround sound, 2 subwoofers (for deep base), carpeted walls and soundproof insulation.
Stream your favorite shows or movies over the fast fiber internet using your favorite apps!
Share photos, watch the big game, make a presentation or simply watch TV.
WATER QUALITY IN THE HOMES
Both homes are now equipped with a "Whole House Water Filtration System". This means no worries when taking a bath/shower, washing hands, dishes/dishwasher or doing laundry.
Leave your bottled water at home! Located next to the kitchen faucet is a smaller faucet that dispenses water from the new "Reverse Osmosis System". This system filters water so clean it is cleaner than bottled! Makes great coffee!
COFFEE BAR
The coffee bar features a coffee machine that brews individual pods or by the carafe. A coffee grinder & plenty of ceramic cups as well as to-go cups (with lids) are also there for your use.
Complimentary coffee pods (about a dozen), tea bags (several assorted flavors), sugar packets, creamer packets and a half pound of whole been coffee is provided.
INTERNET
Complimentary FIBER Wi-Fi is provided to both the guest and main home. This internet is fast!
TOWELS & TOILETRIES & LINENS
Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided for your stay. Fresh linens are also provided and in place on the beds. Additional blankets are available on site as well.
Showers contain dispensers for your use. These dispensers contain the following:

The golf cart is not licensed to be on the road, and we ask that only adult drive it. If we see children driving or the cart is being used for anything other than transportation to/from the lake, it will be removed.
Any damage to this golf cart, or caused by it, will be your responsibility.

Great homes! Both the main and guest houses were beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised to see the house decorated for the holidays! Felt warm and cozy. Scot the manager was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your property with our family. It allowed for four generations to come together and spend time.
