Embark on a serene escape to our lakefront house on Lake Douglas. With the lake right at your doorstep, enjoy scenic views that change as the lake's water levels rise and fall throughout the year. Perfect spot for nature lovers. Bring your boat along - there's easy access with our ramp and dock, and you can fish or gather around the fire pit when the water's high. Remember, from mid-September to May, the water pulls back, giving you more room to explore.

• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: While we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues by our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
• Parking: in the driveway, available for multiple vehicles and boat trailers.
• Pets: not allowed
• Please note that lawn care may be performed periodically between now and September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Fireplace: seasonal (only operational during the winter season)
• Water levels:
• The level of the lake varies throughout the year and goes up to the outdoor fire pit when at its peak. When the water is in for the season, the boat ramp is to the right of the house and has personal lake access.
• Please note that the water level of the lake usually recedes between mid-September and May.

• The futon in the game room can be used as a bed.
• WiFi: We are pleased to inform you that Wi-Fi is available.
• Smoking: strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, a penalty will be charged.
• If you're interested in renting a boat or any other watercraft, there's a nearby marina that offers rental services.
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $500 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.

This property and the host were one if the best, if not the best I've ever stayed at! They were very accommodating and promptly respinded to questions. Not to mention the house itself was beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed! We stayed here for a fishing tournament and although the boat ramp and dock were unusable (due to seasonal lake draw downs) we still had a great time! We logged a good deal of hours on the arcade game and pool table for sure! Would 100% stay here again!

Very nice property full of many amenities. We stayed with our four adult children so it was the perfect size for the six of us. The property is well maintained. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the pier and there was a hassle free pantoon rental just 5 minutes away. Beautiful view of the lake from every level. Highly recommend if looking to relax.

Perfect relaxing getaway

My family spent 4 days here. Upon walking into the house, I was pleasantly surprised at the space. Ive found that many homes look alot more spacious in photos than in person. This wasnt the case with this home. It was very open and spacious, more than enough for our family. The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The game room was huge and offered plenty of things to keep busy and have fun. I think the only thing that couldve added to this home wouldve been tv's in the bedroom. That wouldve been great, but no big deal. The view from the deck was stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio set out there. We didnt have a boat, but we thoroughly enjoyed the dock and boat ramp for fishing and swimming. The kids, my husband, and I had an absolute blast out there. Overall we had a perfect, fun, relaxing stay! *I want to add, as I saw other reviews mention cockroaches. We cooked in the home all 4 days and didn't see a single bug. It appears this issue has been resolved.*

Awesome guys getaway

The property was very clean and perfect for our group of 5. Loved the lakefront view and dock, great for fishing. We brought our kayaks and had much fun on the lakes and fishing from the dock until late. Great neighborhood with friendly folks! This property is highly recommended.

Lake Livin’ at its Finest

This lake front home is amazing. It had everything we were looking for in asummer vacation at the lake. My family especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub , and outside entertainment areas. The only thing not included for a perfect summer stay is corn hole boards. ( We knew this ahead of time.)We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a wonderful time! This lake house was beautiful inside and out. Location was great. Beautiful views. House was very clean. We enjoyed every minute here! We will definitely be back and can’t wait. We loved being able to unload our boats right into the water from where we were staying. And leave them in the water. Plenty of parking makes it nice too.

Roaches and dust

I won’t stay there again, the place has potential but not for me. Small roaches in the kitchen dead and alive, also in the fridge doors. Fire pit was not working but thank god the house heater was good. Had to wash the bed sheets and cover in the main room since the smell like dusty. Went we seat in one of the couches y get the grey blank everything smell like tobacco. Jacuzzi was very nice and warm. We were able to do mash mellows how ever we started to move the outside furniture around and underneath was full on cookie dough, crackers and mash mellows.smashed. Do to the storm the lake was almost empty but the kids had fun playing in the mud.neighbor was friendly you don’t really see people out but is a lot old trailers in the area.only 2 tvs and the only one that work properly and have internet is the only that is in the main room, the other only work with local channels that don’t really have good signal but you have a lot of cds with movies. Property is 1 hour drive from Sevierville and 15 from the supermarket or any food places around. We look to stay somewhere else but since was new year eve we have no luck. Hopefully my luggage and car won’t get roach infested

Nice house but had a roach problem

The house itself is beautiful, just as described. The only problem was roaches in the kitchen and bathroom on the main level. I contacted the owners and they stated it was sprayed before we checked in so the fact they knew there were roaches and didn’t let us know was very upsetting. We were unable to prepare food there as the roaches were in the cabinets and all over the countertops. The owners said there was a can of bug spray under the sink to use for my convenience. After 3 days of complaining that I couldn’t cook there they refunded half of the amount paid which did at least cover having to eat out so much. I hope they get it cleaned up and are able to still rent out the house.

Lake Front Property

We enjoyed the location and house was nice inside and equipped to accommodate families with children. We stayed with another couple. We are seniors. The best part of the home was the porch. While the home is up to date there are several things lacking. The mattresses in the loft and basement bedrooms are extremely i uncomfortable . There were no dresser to put clothes in or night stands with lamps. The loft bathroom hot water handle leaked. The lighting in the combination great room and kitchen is poorly laid out. There is no lighting over the sink so trying to do kitchen work at night is very uncomfortable. The stove / oven was not very clean. We had to purchase a can opener because the one provided did not work. No instructions on how to operate the tv. The light bulbs in the basement Bathroom ceiling light fixture were out. We were not notified that some kitchen basics such as napkins, aluminum foil, and Saran Wrap were not provided Overall it’s a nice location and the neighbors friendly.

Great family getaway

The house was perfect. We each had our own level to sleep in. Bed in lower unit too noisy. We were hoping to fish off the dock and did not know lake would be lowered. That was disappointing so we rented a boat. Overall a great place just need to rent earlier in the year.

Perfect FAMILY getaway!!

The house was a great fit for our FIRST family vacation! Lots of room, beautiful lake, tons of kitchen gadgets -only needs a can opener ;) We had an issue with smoke detectors, and the next door neighbor was right there to help us. We would definitely stay here again!!

Read if you’re taking a boat

This is a great location on the main channel about in the middle of the lake. It’s just a short boat ride to Historic Dandridge and Lakeside at the Point. We had some great water for skiing, tubing and more. If you take your own boat be advised that the roads in are very narrow. Just before you get there, Google maps will attempt to send you down Burgundy Dr… DO NOT TAKE BURGUNDY DR! There is a “NO TRUCKS” sign, that means trailers too. It is a single lane road with tight turns. I had to creep through at a crawl and maneuver very carefully to get through. As we were preparing to leave the nice gentleman next door warned me not to take Burgundy Dr… wish I knew that in the way in; if it was in the listing I missed it.
