-Only 2 vehicles per booking are allowed to be registered to enter the front gate. Any other vehicles must park outside of the community in public parking.
-This home is the upper residence of a duplex. It has its own private entrance and private balcony. The lower residence may be rented separately or together for larger groups.
-The beach naturally changes with the tides throughout the year, and beach access and the amount of exposed sand may vary depending on ocean conditions.
-Guests may occasionally hear the nearby Amtrak train as it travels along the coastal rail corridor behind the community.
