« My best friend, my sons, and my nephew gathered at Riverside Country Retreat for the weekend. The house was perfect: great bbq grill, fire pit and three cozy bedrooms! We Sat out by the fire and walked the trail to the river. Our rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is a great place in close proximity to Brazos Bend State Park where we geocached and hiked. We watched lightening bugs play and spotted raccoons and armadillos in the beautiful woods behind the...

« This was a beautiful place and very very clean. If I have to stay in the area again, this home is #1 on my list. Amazing home. »

« First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or...

« House was very nice a super clean. Would def stay again »

« Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. Bookings like this remind me that...

Nana’s culinary talents are truly a gift; I was fortunate to savor one of his delicious daily creations, a delightful reminder of God’s abundance.I...

« Worked great for our work stay. »

« The house wasn’t very clean and there were roaches »

« The listing is filled with misinformation. When we checked in the so called kitchen floor was wet The property does not have 5 bedrooms, the property does not have a full kitchen, there is no stove, there is no game room just a broken air hockey game and the main bedroom had no foundation on the king size bed. The bathroom has a timer on the lights and when you close the shower curtain the lights go off without notice, the host pretends to be 2 different people when communicating with you. He...
