AGE OF VISITORS
The person making the reservation MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OVER. If you are making the reservation on behalf of another party, you must disclose this in advance.

NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS
Only the Guests approved for the registration are allowed. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. Immediate eviction and a $500 Fine if you violate this policy

QUIET HOURS
No noises/activity from 10PM - 9AM that would disturb my neighborhood. Please be respectful of my neighbors as they have been told to contact me directly if any issues arise.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
Outdoor surveillance camera monitor the front door and back door.

PETS ALLOWED (Only Dogs)
We welcome well-behaved dogs at our rental! Guests must inform us at time of booking if they plan to bring a dog. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per booking. See additional pet instructions in check-in detail for more information.

NO SMOKING
With Evidence of smoking inside or outside there will be a ($200) Smoking Charge fee.

NO ILLICIT DRUGS
No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property

KIDS/FAMILY
Please note we have not completely "child proofed” the house, but have provided kid friendly items for your full use. If you do bring kids with you, you are responsible for them and their safety at all times.
