Located right off the Lyndon Johnson freeway this unit has fast access to get to anywhere in Dallas! 15-20 Minutes to Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, etc! A quick trip to the DFW Airport and Pool Access in season! Free Parking for 1 Car! Smart TV & Cable, and Free WIFI.
575 Sqft located in a Garden Style Apartment Complex. 3rd Floor.
Pet fee is $150 per Pet.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and balcony. Make yourself at home is this urban one bedroom abode with close access to the rest of Dallas! Relax on the couch while enjoying the free WIFI and Smart TV features! Cook yourself a meal in the kitchen, and sit on the balcony. Enjoy the free seasonal pool!

The apartment features; new appliances, new flooring, living room fireplace, textured ceilings, patio etc. The apartment boasts a mix of old with the new! Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. Guests should not expect a newly constructed unit or modern apartment. This 575 sqft unit is on the 3rd floor of a Garden Style apartment complex.

Neighborhood is easy access to the freeways and most places in Dallas.
Places to eat nearby is Whataburger and a vietnamese food mall. Walmart is within walking distance. Medical clinic and Chase Bank is also within walking distance. Easy access to uptown Dallas, Richardson and Plano! Major medical centers and Texas Instruments nearby. A place to unwind at the end of the day!

We recommend getting around by car!

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building. The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. Located off a side road to the freeway. The apartment complex borders two auto shops. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Guest should expect medium-high noise levels.

LATE FEE: Check out time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit.
We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am.

SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule.

PARTIES: No other guests than registered guests allowed. No Parties. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation, no refund, and $2000 security deposit.
Quiet hours after 10pm.

PARKING: We offer one parking spot. Parking is first come first serve. Must use a parking permit pass. Provided. Free public parking on the street as well.

SELF CHECK IN: Check in with the provided door code. Smart digital lock.
Your door code will be given to you prior to check in.
Instructions:
Please dial the door code.
Then turn the lock to open.
Same instructions for when you leave the apartment.

PET POLICY:
$65 pet fee per dog. $150 for long term stays. Well behaved Cats allowed.
No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine.

PET RULES:
All Pets must be leashed at all times on the property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside the Airbnb on the property. This includes pet dander/fur.
Dogs are not allowed to lay on couches, beds, or furniture.
Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 4 hours.
ALL DOGS must be up to date on pest control and their vaccines.
*No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine.

PLEASE NOTE: Any damages caused by pets; going to bathroom on furniture, wear and tear of flooring, breaking items, etc. Will result in paying from the security deposit.

MAIL & PACKAGES:
We do not lend mailbox keys nor offer a mail delivery service. We do NOT check mail boxes under any circumstances. If you would like to receive packages during your stay, you may have packages delivered to the apartment doorstep. Disclaimer: We as hosts, are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. We ask that if you must receive packages, please be vigilant about tracking your packages. For mail and letters, we recommend sourcing them to a local USPS, FED EX, or post office.

CHECKING IN OUTSIDE OF CHECK IN TIME FRAME:
IF CHECKING IN BETWEEN 10PM-7 AM AFTER 4 PM CHECK IN TIME, PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS. DIRECTIONS TO ACCESS THE UNIT ARE PROVIDED. WE DOUBLE CHECK OUR CHECK IN CODES PROVIDED. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REACH US BETWEEN THESE HOURS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR CHECK IN. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE AIRBNB.

INSECTS:
This apartment does occasionally have the presence of insects such as; cockroaches, water bugs, spiders. This is common in the area. We do our best to address this situation by having regular pest control treatment. If you do notice any insects, let us know immediately and we will send the pest control company by the next business day. BY READING THIS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR HOUSE RULES.
