Guest Access:

• Self-service check-in and check-out are facilitated using a smart lock system.

• Parking is $30 per day, limited to one vehicle per reservation. Trucks are not permitted. Please ensure the parking fee is paid and your license plate information is submitted before arrival so we can register your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in towing.

• Our team provides immediate communication and friendly assistance.

• Convenient access to main roads and highways.

• In-unit laundry facilities include free detergent.

• Kitchenware and utensils are supplied for meal preparation.

Parking Policy & Vehicle Restrictions

All vehicles must comply with the building’s parking regulations. Vehicles that do not meet the requirements may be denied access upon arrival.



Pet Policy & Additional Fees

Pets may be permitted depending on their size. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us in advance and obtain confirmation before your arrival to help prevent any booking complications or cancellations.



An additional pet fee applies to each pet, based on the duration of your stay:



1–4 nights: $35 per night, per pet.

5–29 nights: $250 per pet for the stay.

30 nights or longer: $400 per pet for the stay.



Please contact us ahead of time to confirm that your pet is permitted and to ensure all applicable fees are arranged.





🪪 Guest Verification Requirements



Prior guest verification is mandatory.



To meet applicable legal requirements and maintain property security, guests may be asked to complete a verification process before check-in. This may include:



•Providing a valid, government-issued photo ID.

•Confirming contact information.

•Completing the required guest verification procedures.

•Undergoing a background check if requested by the property owner or management.



Any information collected through this process is intended solely for identity verification, screening, and security purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.



📋 Rental Agreement & Booking Conditions



•All guests are required to review and sign a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their stay.



By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following requirements:



Review and comply with all rental terms and conditions before booking.

Submit a valid, government-issued photo ID before check-in.

Complete a background check if required by the property owner or management and permitted under the applicable rental agreement and booking terms.

Complete all required verification steps before receiving check-in instructions.



Verification deadlines:



•Standard reservations: All requested information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.

•Same-day reservations: All requested information must be submitted within one hour of booking.



Failure to complete the required verification process or meet the stated criteria may result in reservation cancellation.



🛡️ Damage Protection Fee



A $69 damage protection fee applies to each stay. This fee provides coverage for eligible accidental damage up to a maximum of $150, subject to the applicable protection terms and conditions.
