Getting in to this home is a breeze with the contactless entry provided via smartlock in the main entrance, you can also park 2 cars in your own garage.
Enjoy family time in a updated home with 70” screens in both of the living areas. The open kitchen floor plan allows everyone to gather around one of the living areas, while preparing a home cooked meal on your gas fired stove and brand new stainless steel appliances.
Get your work done with Ultra fast WiFi throughout the house. Enjoy the trails

The Space:
This home has 2 living rooms, a open floor kitchen a breakfast nook, a formal dinning room, 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. You also have a covered patio with an exterior living room and BBQ. For sleeping a there is a King bed in the master bedroom. A Queen bed in the second bedroom. Two Full size bunk beds and a twin bed trundle in the third bedroom. You also have a pullout sleeper sofa in the dining/living room, and a second pullout sleeper sofa in the game/living room.

Every part of the house is open to the guests.

Get some fresh air or enjoy a daily run in Carrolton’s Blue Trail which is less than 2 blocks away.

Getting Around:
This is one of the safest neighborhoods in the DFW area, so feel free to get around in uber/lyft or a car of your own as it is suitable for you.

Dirty and Unprofessional

Arrived to an unclean property with a lawn that looked like it had not been mowed in over a month. Contacted PMI the management company and they hung up the phone on me not recognizing my number until I called back yelling I am renting your property before being hung up on again. Then was told someone couldn’t come clean and I would have to go to another property. Finally, they didn’t have another property so they had someone come clean at 8pm. I was only given a day refund instead of the cleaning and service refund. They didn’t come to mow until the next day. The flower beds weeds were about 2 feet tall at the door and around the house and never took care of. The worst part is after I checked out Marco told me he would send my deposit back and the one day for the house not being ready but when I contacted him 3 days later to tell him I never got it found out he never sent it. It took 10 days to get my deposit back. I will never deal with this company.

This house was great. Super clean. Lots of great places to gather (two nicely sized tables in the kitchen and dining room, two very comfy living rooms). It's also right next to a gorgeous greenbelt with herons, ducks, and great places to sit or walk your dog. I was also very impressed with the communication. I had a question on a Saturday. I was actually able to get in touch with someone! They were really helpful. Great experience. I look forward to staying here again.

This property is spacious. The bunkbed in one of the rooms is a little tight, we made it work for sure because only one person ended up staying in that room. The room is preferably for small children. All in all great stay and it served its purpose “family comfort”.

Great Place to Stay!

We came in town to visit family for Thanksgiving and the house was great for us. All of the items listed were supplied and the photos look just like the actual home. The checkin, checkout and late checkout processes were all very smooth and the Management company did a great job of providing all info upfront. The house did have a slight odor (I'm pregnant but my mother in law also noticed it). I believe it may have been due to the age of the home but that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Everything else was wonderful!

Very Cute!

I brought my bridesmaids here for a trip to Dallas. The house had plenty of space for everyone and we had a great time! The place smelled like smoke upon arrival, but nothing a room spray couldn't fix.

Very Big Cozy Home

Very pleasant neighborhood with a park and a lake close(walking distance) rooms were very spacious and clean comfortable beds. Kitchen had all necessities and the backyard was a very good size. I would be a little more specific on the orientation of the rooms though we were under the impression that the bunk bed room had a queen as well. Either way everything worked out and we were all able to sleep comfortably. 10/10 would recommend and revisit!

Kid friendly home!

This property is great for small children. There is a sunken living room but easily navigable for crawling babies and toddlers. It also great since all of the sleeping quarters were on one side of the house and living area and kitchen were on the other. So babies got to go to bed without being disturb by the adults. Excellent communication with property manager! We voiced our concerned about a few things and they were quick to have those issues taken care of! Very pleased!

Good house to travel to with animals but beware of combative property management.

The property itself is easy to access and close to several amenities in town. Good place to travel to with pets. It’s a little dated with a couple of electrical issues and a leaky AC but nothing that was really inconvenient until we had to deal with the property management company. Upon our second day, we came home that evening and noticed that there are pieces of irrigation trash left in the backyard. Water hose trash, wrapping for an irrigation timer and spiked sprinkler heads. We contacted the property management company to inquire about any unnotified visits. We never ask for a refund or change or anything like that just to express our concern of uncomfortability that someone had been to the property without us knowing especially since we had dogs. The property management company quickly became extremely combative even after a showing pictures of proof of the situation, started making personal digs at us and made up some thing about keeping an eye on children, attacking veteran owned businesses and us needing to take a driving test. All we tried to do was point out how we knew for a fact that someone had been on the property. We were requesting them to not do it again. I was quite taken back by the property management stance on the situation, and instead of just apologizing and ensuring it wouldn’t happen again, they were completely unprofessional and unfriendly. Anything managed by PMI properties I would reconsider.

The property was amazing nice and clean, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Marco is an amazing host, i noticed the check-in code was missing and gave him a call and got it in no time. I will definitely be looking for other listings under his name in the future!!

Nice property for an enjoyable long weekend

We rented the property over the long Thanksgiving weekend and it worked well for us. There are two living areas each with 70 inch tvs. That worked well when one group wanted to watch football while the other wanted to watch the dog show. The house is well stocked with plates, glassware, etc. The neighborhood is neat with a large park walking distance nearby. We’ll definitely consider staying here next time we’re in town.

Don’t ever stay here!

When we showed up the house smelled like smoke. We left, notified the management company that I couldn’t have my pregnant wife, 11 month old son, and myself staying in a place like that. They strung us along for a week avoiding our calls and then we received an email saying they would not refund our money even though we didn’t stay there. I would suggest that no one ever stays at this location for multiple reason. Smoke, dirty, and poorly managed. They even tried telling us that we didn’t smell smoke but that smell was fresh paint. I remodel homes for a living and know the difference, we also took pictures of cigarette butts in the front and back yard.
