Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever

Pets: Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome. Pet fees range from $50-$200 based on the stay duration. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.

Please note that the property is equipped with a security camera.

Please treat our linen with respect. We will charge for stain linens

Please be mindful of the electricity.We cover up to $250 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest

Our policy includes a $200 charge for late checkouts, as delays can impact our cleaning crew's schedule and incur penalties.

If any issues arise with the house, such as plumbing or AC problems, please inform us promptly. We're committed to promptly addressing any concerns to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. A cleaning fee is charged, but excessive mess may incur additional charges.

Guests are not permitted to charge electric or hybrid vehicles on the property. Please make necessary arrangements for vehicle charging at designated facilities in the vicinity. Please make sure the pets do not sleep on the beds or couch. There is a $150 fee is dog hair is found on the beds.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
