The best part of our home: An awesome Outdoor Area!! Fun for kids and adults: There is a play area with a bunch of fun family games such as 4-in-a-row and a swing set, believe me... your kids are going to love it! Wait, how can it get better?

A HUGE JETTED JACUZZI!! Can hold up to 6 people. Hot Water, Nice Music (included in the jacuzzi) and a spacious bar to hold soap, towels or maybe a couple of wine :) What are you waiting? This house is for you!!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- PET FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- HOT TUB -

Please note that the hot tub ןד professionally serviced twice a week

As this is an outdoor hottub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hottub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- LANDSCAPING -

The landscaper goes once a week.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
