If you’re looking for an old, trashy, college apartment vibe, this is your place. Peeling paint, torn carpet, cracked tile…..The neighborhood is fine but the property is sketchy.

Nice little place to stay in a decent neighborhood with prime location to downtown Dallas. Lots of good food places nearby. Host is communicative with easy and reasonable rules. Outdoor area is nice if you have any pets. Designated parking spot is rough and some over head plane noise will be present. Would stay here again for sure!

Weekend stay

Came to dallas for a concert and stayed the weekend. Anatole was a great host who was very communicative before, during and after our stay! The condo was a great size for just a couple people and was very clean. Check in was easy and the location is amazing!

Fine for the price

First, for what you pay, this place is fine. The location is great and walkable to many things, including the fabulous Zaguan restaurant nearby (other renters mentioned in the review) -- definitely go! Anatole was super communicative except when I reached out regarding the clothes washer not working; that was more than a 24 hour delay. He apologized that the app had logged him out and gave directions to "wiggle the switch" to get the machine to work, which it finally did. The place is a bit worn, with substantial wall damage to the front door frame and various wall/ceiling patch repairs that look really third-rate. The biggest complaint is the description that there is "NO AIRPLANE NOISE" from Dallas Love Field; this is patently false. From 6 am until 12 am, planes fly overhead every several minutes. If you're a light sleeper, this would be a problem.

Nice spot in Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn

I enjoyed this tidy, cosy loft. Within walking distance of excellent neighborhood and park setting along Turtle Creek, close to Eatzi's and great restaurants. I appreciate the dog-friendly option, and I believe my dog enjoyed taking walks in the area, where other dog walkers abounded

Great neighborhood and place

The neighborhood is wonderful. Felt safe, clean and close to great restaurants and easy to get an Uber. I was in town for an event at the Dallas World Trade Center and my Uber was inexpensive and only a 5 min ride. Apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and linens were great. Kitchen was small but stocked with all the things you need. Quiet building and easy to access

Cozy + perfect location

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Dallas and the place was perfect for our stay. It’s in a great location with plenty of cool places within walking distance. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Dallas.

The accommodation is in a pleasant area. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. (Go to Zaguan around the corner if you stay there. The kind-hearted staff took good care of me, and having them in the neighbourhood was a large part of what made my stay enjoyable.)

Except for the noise of the overhead planes that were at times loud, this small loft would have been just great had it not been for the bugs. There were flying bugs and crawling bugs in this place from the first day. On the second night I was awoken by a bug crawling on my face. Gross! When I communicated my experience, I was told that this is the south and places sometimes get bugs. I own two properties in the south and if you treat your properties you don’t have bugs, especially not in numbers like these. (For clarity with the exception of the bugs, the property was clean but I couldn’t rate this any higher because of the bugs I experienced both upstairs and downstairs.) Please get a treatment contract and address this issue.

Cute, comfortable space

Had a great stay. Comfortable couch, bed, pillows and towels. Great location close to coffee, groceries and restaurants. Bedroom is a loft, so it's not very private, but it was totally cute. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Dallas.
