Welcome to our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully remodeled house in McKinney. According to Money Magazine, McKinney is the Best Place to Live in America. Our spacious and elegant home can comfortably sleep up to 16 people with 5 on-site parking and abundant off-site parking at Towne Lake Recreation Area 0.5 mile (2 min drive / 10 min walk) from the house
.

This remodeled, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, 1 living room, 1 game room, is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Guests can park in the garage, in front of the house and the driveway. If over 5 cars, guests can park at Towne Lake Recreation Area 0.5 mile (2 min drive / 10 min walk) from the house

Laundry:
Guest have full access to the washer and dryer
We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent.
The house is in a super quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Historical downtown McKinney is 4 min away, McKinney square shops are 5 min away. DFW international airport is about 30 min away.
A car is recommended to get around. Parking is free.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.

Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Friday, please place trash cans in front of house on Wednesday evening.

Hot tub was going to be the highlight, but it had an odd white stringy substance all in it on the sides so we opted not to use. Although the neighborhood seems somewhat rundown, it was pretty quiet and a good location. Plenty of space for lots of family and the kids enjoyed the game table.

Great Rental

This is a very nice property. The space was adequate for what we needed. The rooms were great and there were plenty of beds. The outside was not as nice as the inside. Grass needed mowing and it looked a little rough when pulled up. It was also very stormy, so I understand the outdoor challenges. The host is great. Very helpful.

Thankful for location

Christmas with the relatives was made possible by this home. It’s a great location between two of our relatives there and my sister‘s family and I had a great time in this spacious home. Plenty of room to cook, plenty of room to spread out. We are thankful. Will likely book this home again.

Misrepresented

This this was clean there is only 3 full baths no half baths there is a child's pool table actually there is no adult amenities except the hot tub. For the amount of money we paid was not worthed in the master bath the shower had mold in it the tv is only Roku. This house does not sleep 16 people at all. Please update the pictures

Talking to the cleaners didn’t help

Quick stay in Dallas over MDW. Great location for the graduation we were there to attend, but dated, dirty and not a place I would stay again or recommend to friends. Judy was great in responding quickly, but the floors were DISGUSTING, the floors of the shower and bath yellowing and dirty, dead bugs in the bath tubs on arrival, and just overall gross with poor quality everything. She did provide a pack and play, never provided an infant chair despite me asking before booking, after booking and upon arrival. Do not recommend. At this price point would recommend trying a different venue.

Our Stay

Thank you for allowing us to stay. There were a couple of things that we didn’t like. The ants in the kitchen, there was coffee in the pot upon our arrival and the furniture is very uncomfortable. Upon our arrival the neighbor had their car pulled up into their yard. There were trash cans full on the curb that we pulled back in until Fridays pick up.

Plenty of room but …

The house was in a good location, convenient to everything we were interested in, with plenty of bedrooms to sleep about 10 people, 3 bathrooms, and large rooms in which to fix meals and socialize. A big plus is within walking distance: a wonderful park with walking paths and a playground. Two concerns: we felt the need to clean the patio of cigarette butts and beer bottle caps before we could enjoy it and, if you want ice, get it on your way as the ice maker does not work and there are no ice trays. The owner did offer to bring some over but a simple note to bring some in the copious before you arrive emails would have been better. Finally, we suggest you discuss the mandatory or extremely high damage deposit with the host before completing the transaction. Our deposit was refunded within 3 days but VRBO did have our $****.00 for 7 weeks during which we lost interest on the money because it was not in our bank. Plus, our history w VRBO should show we have never left a mess never mind damage.

Spacious, quiet, and great location.

I thought the host was super friendly. There was enough rooms and space for my family to be comfortable in the layout of the house. If I'm being honest, I think the house could have been cleaned better before we checked in. The floors were not mopped so the bottom of our feet were black after just the first evening in the house. There was no bath mats for when you get out of the shower on the floor and there was no hand towels in any bathroom. Then on the 3rd day of our stay we found the towels in the dryer. Maybe the check out and check in was a little rushed before us? The dishwasher didn't work for us on the first night. It started leaking from the bottom. Then the garbage disposal stopped working. When we went to investigate the garbage disposal, we found a giant piece of glass in it that appeared to be from a cup maybe? We were not able to use those appliances over the weekend of our stay. Our host did offer to send someone but since it was Christmas no one would have been able to come until the day we were leaving. It wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay. My family and I had a great Christmas together. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good.

Perfect for Multiple Families

5 adults and 4 16 year olds stayed here for almost a week during a baseball tournament. The 4 bedrooms were perfect as the large bunks in one bedroom were plenty for the boys. The each parent group had their own room. Great master bedroom large bathroom and huge room. The extra bathroom with a shower was helpful as was the washer and dryer. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen and its supplies were perfect for cooking and snacking with a big group. It was a great space for our trip. Would absolutely stay here again. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Easy access to HWY as well.

Clean, modern and comfortable house

We had a wonderful time. Nice remodeled house with comfortable furniture located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean. Host was very responsive. We checked in very late, self check in was easy. We did not know how to lock the door on the smart lock, host was able to give us instructions immediately even after 10pm. Thumbs up for the host, A big recommendation!
