The open living space features a cozy sectional sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking a full meal or just storing your leftovers and relaxing with takeout.

The bathroom includes a combination tub and shower, ideal for a quick rinse or a long soak.

Step outside to unwind in the spacious yard or enjoy a quiet moment on the small back porch — a peaceful spot to relax after a day exploring Dallas.

Please Note: The backyard is shared with a separate garage apartment. We kindly ask that you be respectful of noise and parking during your stay.

You’ll have the entire main house to yourself during your stay.

Please note that the garage apartment behind the home is rented separately, so we kindly ask that you be respectful of those guests. If you’re traveling with a larger group or simply want a little extra space, feel free to reach out as the garage apartment may also be available to rent!

We are close by and responsive if you need us but leave you your space.

We are committed to you loving your stay, please advise if you need anything at all! We`ve lived close to this location for about 15 years with our kiddos and love the area. It has so much charm and is a popular destination.
*Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area away from the door. If there is any evidence of smoking (including smell) you will be assessed a fine.
*Please be respectful of others on property and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm-9am. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund.
*A phone number of a guest actually staying on property must be provided.
*Guest count MUST be accurate for liability and legal reasons- The Law mandates occupancy. It includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it and any guests that may stop by. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! A fine of $150 per person will be assessed for violating this house rule.
*Minimum Age to rent is 21
*Please no parties, social gatherings or events of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be assessed a fine.
*THERE IS NO CONGREGATING outside after 10pm. Sorry- this is the law!
*Please dispose of trash properly
*No Unauthorized pets. A fine will be assessed for any unauthorized pets. To avoid misunderstanding please advise of any service animals.
