All guests are required to complete verification before arrival. To help maintain a safe environment and comply with applicable requirements, guests may need to provide:

Your information is used only for identity verification and screening purposes and is not stored or used for any other reason.



All guests must agree to our rental terms by signing the rental agreement, which confirms their commitment to:



* Follow all property rules and guidelines

* Provide valid identification before check-in

* Complete a background check if required

* Finish the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Verification must be completed within **24 hours of booking** (or **within 1 hour for same-day reservations**). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed.



For security purposes, hallway cameras are in place, and a Minut device inside the unit monitors noise levels without recording conversations.



Damage Protection



A **$69 Damage Protection Program** is included with your reservation and covers up to **$150 in accidental property damage**.



### Garage Parking Information



Garage parking is available for an additional fee:



* **1–7 night stays:** $30 per day

* **8+ night stays:** $150 flat fee



Vehicles must be registered every 24 hours to avoid towing. Parking is limited to **one vehicle per reservation**, and trucks are not permitted inside the garage.



### Trash Collection Schedule



To maintain the cleanliness of the community, our team will access the garage during the following times:



* **Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM):** Trash bins will be moved to the curb for pickup.

* **Wednesday (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM):** Trash bins will be returned to the garage.



A team member will knock three times before entering the garage to notify guests.
