Walking distance (0.2 miles) from popular Lower-Greenville Ave, home of vast restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll be within miles of Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) staples like Dallas Museum of Art, Historical District, Reunion Tower and Farmers Market. This comfortable stay thoughtfully welcomes guests with free Wi-Fi, a personal parking spot, and personal access to laundry.
The space
Our space is designed for guests to truly feel at home, unwind, and experience the abundance of beauty, and entertainment Dallas, DFW, and Lower-Greenville- M Streets has to offer.

This space bodes cozy, quaint, and comfortable, while embracing the rich Texas, and Dallas culture brought to life with creative art, natural light, plant accents, and modern gray ash luxury vinal flooring.

Relax, and make yourself at home in our welcoming-open living room; where you can lounge on the soft fabric sofa, put your feet up on the high-quality-leather lounge chair. Guests can also use the space to enjoy some entertainment playing our complimentary board games, or watch a movie with our complimentary Wi-Fi, and Smart TV.

If lying down, or a bed is more your comfort, our space offers three inviting bedding arrangements. Each room is separated from the living area with lock/unlock ability, one room offers a premium Queen bed, and the other two twin bed arrangements. The art decorating the room is carefully curated for our guests' experience.

The open kitchen space is equipped with easy-to-use, essential appliances microwave, dishwasher, Refrigerator, stove top, and more.

In town for a family reunion, it was great to have a home away from home to relax between events. Even better was a full kitchen so we were able to make our breakfasts before heading out for the day. It was very clean, comfortable. Actual real pillows instead of those squares you get in hotels these days. So much better than a hotel all weekend, especially with 4 in our party.

This garage apartment was very cozy and pleasant. The neighborhood is great and mostly quiet. The apartment is accessed from the alley and parking a Subaru Outback took backing into the spot with a multipoint turn. But the location is great considering the price of the unit. In fact, factoring in the price, this place is a great value.

Sparking Clean, Great Location & Charming

Loved this wonderfully comfortable gem! 10 minute walk to my daughter’s small house which was fabulous! Also walkable to many many local, fun & lively restaurants, bars, coffee places, even Trader Joe’s. Hosts super efficient, excellent quick responses to a couple of questions. Unit was spotless & spacious Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook a meal there. Washer dryer a nice touch too. Definitely will be staying here again!

Great location!

The apartment is nice and well appointed. It is walking distance to restaurants on lower Greenville and centrally located for all of the sites of Dallas. Previous renters have mentioned that the apartment is built over a carport resulting in two oddities. 1) The assigned parking is under the unit and a getting a big SUV navigated into the spot might be a challenge. 2) The unit is basically on stilts and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can feel the unit move. It is most noticable if you are in bed reading and someone is walking around the unit. Neither of these are deal breakers, just quirks to be aware of.

Apartment is over the carport area of home, but is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Two comfortable beds and nice bath and decor. Plenty of extra street parking if needed. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

Comfy Cozy!

I would consider this a hidden gem. This location is quiet, cozy and very close to the airport. Cleanliness was definitely a 10/10. The beds are so comfortable. The only thing I would change is theirs is only one TV available to watch but other than that I would definitely chose to stay here again.

As advertised, good location, one important note

The place looks like it’s built over a carport. No problem there. What is a problem is that it looks like it is not a properly built structure. The entire building rocks when a person moves inside. The support beams are not clearly not on footers and the whole place leans a little. At least one of the beams is fallen. I hesitated to write this as I was willing to take a chance, but my conscious says I need to report that if I owned that place, I’d get an engineer out to tell me how to properly support the building.
