We checked in before 8 pm, I had reserved 2 rooms. The employee told us that they had had a line break in the water earlier and that the water pressure would be very slow and should be in working order by 10 pm. When we got to the room, there was no water at all not just a little pressure issue. We had been at soccer games and needed to shower before we could leave to go anywhere for dinner. We could not shower, brush teeth or flush toilets. They offered us bottles of water which we heated in the microwave just to wash or hands and face, still did not have enough to flush a toilet. Went down to the lobby at least 5 times to bring more bottled water. We were then told we wouldn't have water until at least 4am. We checked out that morning and were told that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (1 free night) and I have still not received any confirmation of this compensation. I would expect better from a Hilton.
