We are NOT a large company. We own this home, and take great pride in treating all our guests and properties with love and respect. If you find any issues, please contact us, we will be out as quickly as possible to help you.
Other things to note
Please review our house rules:
1.) We only permit the number of guests and pets at the home that you booked. Our homes are not suited for events or parties. However, if you need to have a few friends over, please ask ahead of time for approval.
2.) Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. This means that none of the neighbors complain to us. If one of them is loud, please bring it to our attention. This includes dogs, music, slamming doors, etc. We will provide you three phone numbers to call if you have any issues.
3.) No smoking anything (e.g., candles, incense, tobacco, marijuana, etc) inside the house. Feel free to use the outside seating to enjoy yourself.
4.) The properties are monitored by Silbar Security [for everyone to have a peace of mind]. Dallas is VERY strict about events and parties, and so are we.

***Sometimes upstairs neighbors don't understand that their floor is your ceiling. If you think they are being too loud, please call us and we will ask them to to keep it down after quiet hours.***
