Challenge each other in the game room, unwind in the zero-gravity massage chair, or catch up over dinner. Game Room Oasis gives your group room to enjoy the time between your Dallas plans.

With 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12, you can stay together without splitting across hotel rooms. Two king bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard, and 6 Roku TVs make settling in easy.

As a mother of nine, I know the little details can make a big difference when traveling together. I listen to guest feedback and continually refresh the home—from labeled kitchen cabinets to places for both play and quiet downtime.


THE HIGHLIGHTS

Dedicated Game Room
Enjoy a 3-in-1 pool, air hockey, and ping-pong table, plus foosball, mini pool, darts, board games, and mini bowling. Watch the Roku TV while you play, then capture a group photo at the Clover selfie wall. An optional ring light is available.

Willow Rest Nook
Discover a quiet retreat with a full-body zero-gravity massage chair, heat and reflexology settings, a phone mount, and a peaceful willow mural. A welcome place to recharge after a full Dallas day.

Two King Bedrooms
Two couples can each enjoy a king bed, while the other bedrooms and living-room sleepers give families and mixed groups flexible sleeping options.

Kitchen Equipped for Group Meals
A Bosch double oven and dishwasher, oversized refrigerator, Instant Pot, stainless steel cookware, and rolling island make cooking together practical. Complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa, and spices are included.

Fenced Backyard and Private Patio
Enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a bench swing. An open field across the street adds breathing room to the setting.

Connected and Convenient
Approximately 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, 6 Roku TVs, and self check-in with a unique access code help everyone settle into their own routine.


BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Suite
King bed, private workspace, private bathroom, and direct access to the Willow Rest massage nook.

Second King Bedroom
King bed with a view toward the open field across the street.

Twin Bedroom
Twin bed with a pop-up trundle. Raise the trundle alongside the main bed for an almost-king configuration, or leave it in its lower position to suit your group.

Bunk Room
Twin-over-full bunk bed and a study desk.

Living Room
A sleeper sofa and futon provide additional sleeping space in the shared living area.

All bedrooms include blackout blinds, a Roku TV, and USB charging. Linens, pillows, and extra blankets are provided.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests using both bedroom beds and living-room sleepers. For larger groups, some guests will share beds, and the living room becomes a sleeping area at night.


TWO FULL BATHROOMS

Handheld shower heads, a shower seat, and bathroom essentials make getting ready easier.

Please note: the family bathroom’s hot and cold controls are reversed from the usual orientation.


KITCHEN AND DINING

Prepare breakfast before a tournament, cook dinner for the group, or keep familiar meals on hand for little ones.

The kitchen includes:

• Stainless steel cookware, dishes, and silverware
• Serving essentials and measuring tools

The dining table seats 6, and the bar seats 4. A lift-top coffee table offers another casual dining option. Outside, the patio table seats 6.

Seating is spread across these spaces rather than at one indoor table for 12.

The single-story home has step-free entry, wide halls, and no stairs between the main living areas. There is one step down into the game room; a sloped outdoor route provides an alternative entrance. Patio access from inside is step-free.

Exterior security cameras are installed around the property.

Near I-20 and I-35, Game Room Oasis offers convenient highway access for family visits, weddings, tournaments, work trips, and Dallas–Fort Worth outings.

• Groceries, restaurants, and shopping: about 5 minutes
• Bishop Arts District: about 15 minutes
• Trinity Groves: about 15–20 minutes
• Dallas Zoo: about 20 minutes
• Downtown Dallas: about 20–25 minutes
• AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field: about 25–30 minutes

Travel times vary with traffic and event schedules.


ROOM TO GATHER, ROOM TO RECHARGE

Some guests head straight for the game room. Others claim a quiet moment in the massage chair or take their coffee outside. With several places to spend time, your group can enjoy being together without needing to do the same thing all day.

This is a home base for your group between outings. Parties and events are not permitted, and any additional daytime visitors require advance approval.
