Front desk staff was ok. Check in was easy. I can tell the hotel has had some updates in a lot of areas. Very beautiful on the inside! Love the evening reception. We did eat at the restaurant. Food was very good. You can tell the hotel is old. But still very welcoming. Carpeting on stairs could use some updating in the main area. The pool needs better ventilation! Canât breathe! All you smell is hot air filled with chlorine! Our room was pretty nice. Air conditioner worked wonderful! I will say the picture above the toilet needs some cleaning definitely. The front of the cabinets need to be wiped down more frequently. Breakfast was good. The eggs were a little watery. But overall pretty good. The parking garage was not good. Could not tell where to park. Very dark. Very dirty. Had a feeling of not very safe . Although I didnât encounter a problem.
Was very nervous about leaving my car. Went to front desk to get extra shampoo and conditioner. The guy took the guy behind me first. Even though I had been standing there way longer. He didnât have conditioner. But had it delivered to my room on a timely manner. Upon checking out I asked for receipt. And the guy basically refused to give me one. I asked multiple times. For people who are on a business trip. A receipt is a must! Itâs almost as though he didnât have a printer to print my receipt.
