Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

For those looking to host a large gathering or celebrate a milestone event—whether it’s a wedding, anniversary, or birthday—we also offer a nearby standalone party venue for rent. With space to accommodate 80 guests and parking for up to 25 vehicles, this breathtaking venue features picture-perfect backdrops: a grand staircase, sparkling chandeliers, waterfront boardwalks, and a tranquil forest setting. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Please note our occupancy is 16 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

Please note: this property can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

★ VENUE NOTE ★

Our home sits on 22 acres with ponds, trees, and a creek. Please be aware that the property also includes a small venue that occasionally hosts private events. The venue is completely separate, with its own entrance and parking, and is located on the far side of the pond—well away from the house and its amenities to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Guests may also rent the event center, if available, for parties and large gatherings.

No pets allowed.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

We have one fireplace at the office that is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. We also have two fireplaces on the living room and kitchen that are wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. And there are two more fireplaces at the master bedroom and master bathroom that are inoperable at the moment. Please refrain from using them. Thank you kindly.

★ SPA NOTE ★

Please note that our spa heating element and jets are inoperable.

★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 23176 issued by the City of Garland.

★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations.

★ OFFICE ★

Please note that our office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped it with a plush, full-size sofa bed. And for those workaholics, you can now sleep and have a nap in between zoom meetings too!

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
