Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Vehicles that exceed the size limits will be refused entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



Vehicles prohibited include:



1. Cars equipped with breathalyzer devices, makeshift or faulty controls, or defective brakes.

2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, those seating 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with excessively wide tires, storage lockers, or containers that hinder safe maneuvering.

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-like controls.



Pets are allowed depending on their size; please inform us in advance to prevent cancellation. A cleaning fee applies per pet as follows:



$35 per night for stays of 1–4 nights

$250 total for stays of 5–29 nights

$400 total for stays of 30 nights or more



Please note that we are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs related to the building.



Guest Verification Policy



To meet legal and security requirements, guests may be required to:



* Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

* Verify contact details

* Complete our verification process

* Undergo a background check if needed



All information is solely for verification purposes and will not be stored or shared.



By booking, you agree to:



* Comply with rental terms and policies

* Submit valid ID before check-in

* Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Failure to comply may lead to cancellation.



A $49 Damage Protection Program is added per booking and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.
