• Located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for safety purposes only. A noise monitoring device is also installed to help prevent parties and excessive noise. There are no cameras inside the home.

• The home includes a private pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, patio seating, BBQ grill, and a fully loaded game room with arcade games, pool table, ping pong, and foosball.

• Blackout curtains are installed throughout the home for added comfort and better sleep.
