The Space
• Bedroom: Plush king-size bed with layered textures for a hotel-level sleep experience.
• Living Area: Modern lounge with a 55” Smart TV a sofa couch that converts into two twin beds, ideal for additional guests.
All Guests Will Be Provided ENTRY Codes Day of Arrival.

The home is located in Old East Dallas, an up-and-coming, transitioning neighborhood near Deep Ellum. You’ll be close to downtown attractions while experiencing a more residential, local setting.
• Parking: Free parking is available in both the front and back of the property. Please park only in designated areas and be mindful of neighbors.
• Quiet Hours: This is a quiet property. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighboring residents.
• No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and a minimum $500 fine.
• No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the unit.
• A $300 smoke remediation fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
• Bedding & Linens: Please do not use makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or similar products in bed.
• Stained linens or towels will result in replacement charges.
• Occupancy: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
• Respect the Space: This home is professionally cleaned and designed for comfort. Please treat the property with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them.
• Security & Monitoring: Exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices may be in place for safety and rule compliance. No devices are located inside private areas.
