The heart of the home is the rooftop sky lounge, featuring skyline views, a fire table, outdoor projector, mini golf, darts, and comfortable lounge seating. It's the perfect place to enjoy cocktails, unwind with friends, and take in the city lights.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept entertainment floor with a pool table, large TV, LED ambiance lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for group meals and gatherings.

For wellness and recovery, guests can enjoy a private gym and sauna. The home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with 8 beds, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the rooftop sky lounge, pool table, gym, sauna, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor entertainment spaces.

Prior to arrival, guests will receive a unique smart lock code for self check-in. This personalized code will provide access to the property throughout the duration of your stay and will automatically deactivate after check-out for your security.

The only restricted area is a locked supply closet used for property operations and inventory storage. Please do not attempt to access this area.

We respect our guests' privacy while remaining available whenever needed. Our team is available 24/7 through the Airbnb app, phone, or text message to assist with questions, recommendations, or any issues that may arise during your stay.

While we do not meet guests in person, we strive to provide a seamless experience through self check-in, clear communication, and prompt support. Whether you need local recommendations or assistance with the property, we're just a message away.

Guests are just minutes from Deep Ellum, the Dallas Farmers Market, Reunion Tower, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the American Airlines Center, and the AT&T Discovery District. Whether you're visiting for business, sporting events, concerts, nightlife, or a weekend getaway, you'll be close to everything Dallas has to offer.

The Rayel is conveniently located in The Cedars, just south of Downtown Dallas, making it easy to get around by car, rideshare, public transit, or on foot to nearby attractions.
The nearest DART light rail station is Cedars Station, located approximately 1 mile from the property. Cedars Station provides access to the DART Red and Blue Lines, offering convenient transportation throughout Downtown Dallas and surrounding areas. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area and provide quick access to Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, Uptown, and other popular destinations.

To allow our cleaning team adequate time to plan and schedule additional staff when needed, these services must be purchased within 24 hours of confirming your reservation. Requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed.
