Welcome to Meadow Manor, a cozy, thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bath home nestled in an established South Dallas neighborhood. Whether you're visiting Dallas with family, traveling for work, relocating, or planning an extended stay, Meadow Manor offers a comfortable place to settle in and feel right at home.

*The Home

Meadow Manor is a modest, older home with plenty of character. While you won't find the finishes of a brand-new build, you'll find a warm, welcoming space with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The home features three bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private fenced-in backyard. Outside, native flowers add a little charm to the front yard.

As an older home, Meadow Manor has some natural imperfections, including signs of age and wear throughout. We've worked to make the space clean, functional, and inviting while embracing the character that comes with an established home.

*The Neighborhood

Meadow Manor is located in an older, diverse, residential neighborhood in South Dallas. This is a real, lived-in community with a mix of longtime residents and newer development. Some of our wonderful neighbors have lived in their homes for more than 30 years, giving the neighborhood a strong sense of community and history.

We want guests to know what to expect before booking. This is not a newly developed, upscale, or tourist-oriented neighborhood. You'll see older homes, varying property conditions, and the everyday activity of an established urban community.

*A car is highly recommended.
The neighborhood is not particularly walkable, and most restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, and attractions are best reached by driving.

One of Meadow Manor's greatest advantages is its central location. You'll have convenient access to some of Dallas's most popular destinations:

- Downtown Dallas – approximately 10 minutes:*Explore the Dallas World Aquarium, Reunion Tower, the Dallas Arts District, and Klyde Warren Park.
- Bishop Arts District – approximately 12 minutes: Enjoy local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and neighborhood charm.
