The home was clean upon arrival. However, when we attempted to sleep in the master bedroom, we noticed that the mattress looked like it needed to be replaced due to the sinking in the middle. Once we checked we realized that the bed support was broken in the middle and resulted in our ability to sleep in the bed. The manager of the location was notified the following morning about the situation but no action was taken to fix the issue. My VRBO key credit of approximately 358 was not applied correctly resulting in an over charge of 45/night.
