Spacious & filled with timeless charm, this sophisticated space has everything you need for a good time. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, fire pit, fireplace, cinema room, game room & more!

The Space:
This mansion is a dream for anyone looking to experience southern charm at its finest! Featuring 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4.5 luxury bathrooms, this house easily caters to 16 guests. With a spacious living room, a fully equipped upscale kitchen, and a backyard meant for entertaining, this is the experience vacation homes are meant to deliver!
*Please note the spa is not heated.

Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. ✔ Free parking is available to guests. There is room in the garage for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles can park on the driveway, which has sufficient space for 6 vehicles. Street parking not available due to City regulations.

✔A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your use if you require it. Unfortunately, laundry sometimes still needs to be done while on vacation!

✔ This house sits on a 1.8-acre lot so there’s lots of green space for kids to play in!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ SPA NOTE ★

Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)



★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 6 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

new years 2024

Basicly our trip started off with a message from the property manager asking us to vacate the property even before we recieved a code to check in. Their mistake-they sent an AI apoligy with a form requesting an early check in with an extra fee. TV in the family room was not working and a chair in the media room was broken-both not fixed for our stay. Received a call from the property manager New Year's Eve accusing us of setting off fireworks and threating to kick us out...with no evidence at all. I explained to her that we had no fireworks on the property and even invited her or the police or whomever to come over and check for theirselves and she just refused and hung up on me. This whole experience put a damper on our vacation and I would hope they change or train their management team before another guest doesn't have to go though what we had to go through.As for the other amenities offered...well not much-strickly the bare minimum. Limited kitchen supplies, no dishtowels to dry anything. No extra blankets, pillows or towels. No firewood for the firepit. I could go on and on...but I won't. You can really tell that this house is run by a corporation and not an individual. Bottom line...we really wanted just have a fun relaxing New Year's Eve...but turned out to be very stressful. Working on 2025!

Great house!

This house was great for a large family. Plenty of room. It was also spotless when we arrived. All of the beds were very comfortable. More than enough dishes in the kitchen.
