« The host, Joe, was very kind and accommodating. He has excellent information on the history of the area that he was happy to share with us and the kids. This place was better than we had expected. We stayed at Christmas to visit the grand kids. Joe went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The place was very clean and even decorated for the holidays. Joe made sure we understood how everything works and explained that he was available should we need him while giving us the freedom...

"Quality suites near west acres very poor service from the receptionist ⁃ firstly she can't find our name in the reservation that was made. It took him about 30 minutes to find. ⁃ Secondly the amount was charged twice at two different amounts ⁃ Thirdly she gave us a room which was already occupied ⁃ Fourth, she never apologized for her mistake and she laughed about this situation."
