« We arrived around 4:15 pm, check in went extremely smooth, less than 5 minutes. We were in room 107 with a mountain view, when we opened the door it reeked of a musty smell. The carpet was littered with debris and grass. The beds were comfortable and nicely made (with no smell) The coffee pot left a lot to be desired and did not work properly, we had to "work" on it to make it work, the coffee was tasteless. The shower was fabulous!!! Lots of towels and washcloths and wonderful smelling soaps...

« Our room had tall ceilings with plenty of spider webs all over the ceiling, which made us concerned and uncomfortable. When I let the front desk know about it, we were told that they will notify the cleaning staff, but it didn't happen during our one night stay. In addition, we were casually worned that there is a possibility to see black bears on the property that might break into the cars, looking for food. They made us sign the paperwork that we were notified . »

« This was our first time at the Resort, and it was Labor Day weekend. The territory is spacious and lovely, though there was a bit of a downside with the pool area amenities. Unfortunately, there weren't enough sun beds for all the guests, which meant some had to sit on the ground, which isn't very comfortable. Additionally, more umbrellas would have been helpful, as there was only one umbrella per four sun beds, and everyone was moving around trying to find shade from the intense 96-degree sun....
