« From the moment we began our stay, the host was texting and calling us often to remind us not to exceed 8 people or we’d be charged extra even though we booked for 10 people. We got charged an extra fee for our stay even though we didn’t exceed our overnight guest count. Seems like the host has nothing better to do but to sit and watch the cameras counting the amount of people walking in and out. They also charged us for an extended day that we didn’t even take. « Truly wonderful place to stay, it’s beautiful and well thought out with very comfortable beds and a great washer/dryer. We appreciated the bedside usb ports as that meant we could use our various cables without needing an adaptor for our uk plugs. It’s really conveniently located- a short walk to magazine and we also happily walked to Walmart frequently (though you can also get the 27 there) The 27 bus stop is very close and takes you all the way to city park which was brilliant.We’ll be hoping...

« Convenient to Mardi Gras parade route and the St. Charles trolley. We were disappointed in the quality of the apartment itself. Light bulbs were burnt out, the stools at the island were too high, the flooring was cracked and spongy, the woodwork needed paint, and it looked ants had taken up residency in the wall next to the front door which did not fit the entrance opening. We were glad to leave at the end of our stay. »

"Chambre propre espace commun tout aussi propre. Le personnel 24h/24h et très agréable et serviable. De plus vous vous sentez parfaitement en sécurité avec l’agent de sécurité présent constamment. La piscine et un lieu agréable pour ce détendre avec un jacuzzi. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mise à disposition ce qui est très agréable. La literie est très agréable. Emplacements très interessant et au vu du tramway ce situant juste en face. Cependant certaines prise de la chambre semble ne pas fonctionner si vous éteignez la lumière. Je recommande et reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter "

"Bien situé et à proximité de tout ..un agent de sécurité charmant, poli et dévoué à l’entrée !! Bravo ..!! Chambre spacieuse et propre , tout confort , pour être tatillon on peut évoquer le pommeau de la douche HS qui fuit, mais ce n’est pas grave. le seul problème rencontré dans cet établissement vient de l’accueil de certaines de ses réceptionnistes .. visages fermés, pas de salutations , curieux pour un tel établissement ? Le 9 octobre à 19 heures nous sommes montés dans l’ascenseur devant elle .. elle ne s’est pas rendu compte de notre présence malgré nos salutations … l’enregistrement ne s’est pas bien passé , j’ai passé 6 fois ma carte de crédit , la validation s’est faite à chaque fois mais pas possibilité d’acceptation par l’établissement (?) , la réceptionniste Ashley n’a pas réussi à nous enregistrer et sans explication nous a diriger vers un monsieur très poli et patient , merci à lui . Pour résumer , un superbe hôtel , grand , propre, fonctionnel , bien placé , un parking gratuit très apprécié , je remercie le réceptionniste teint en blond , j’ai oublié son prénom .. et une manager de ce matin polie et souriante ( le 10 octobre à 8 heures AM ) . "

"BIEN SITUEE pour aller dans le Quartier Français et visiter les diverses attractions (musée, croisière, Farmer's market, cathédrale etc). DÉJEUNER : céréales, gauffres, oeufs cuits durs, bagel, rôties, yogourt, the, café, jus. PROPRETÉ : nous avons trouvé des insectes (cafards) dans la première chambre qui a été remplacée par une autre où il se dégageait également une odeur d'humidité. J'ai également trouvé 2 cafards morts près des machines distributrices. Nous avons été réveillé trois fois en pleine nuit (2 fois par des gens qui cherchaient leur chambre et une fois par un agent de sécurité qui voulait valider si la chambre était louée). Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse pour expliquer la vérification de l'agent de sécurité. Nous avons décidé d'annuler les 2 dernières nuits. Attendons pour le remboursement."
