« We were in town for a few days for a funeral and it was the perfect spot to get to family in and around the New Orleans area. It fit my family perfectly. The home was immaculate and newly renovated and furnished. We were also able to bring our small dog and it had a good size backyard for her. We would definitely stay again! »

« The house is right on the water across from several large fishing boats. It was neat to see them and the pelicans. The host communicated well. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The showers still had bars of soap and hair from the last guest. I had to find cleaner and clean the showers myself so we could shower. There were dirty underwear under my bed and dirty socks under another bed. As much as I paid for one night, I'd expect a clean house at least. »

« La maison est bien adaptée aux familles. Cependant, la propreté n’était pas parfaite. La porte d’entrée n’était pas bien ajustée, ce qui faisait en sorte que l’air climatisé semblait faible. Sans parler de la difficulté de l’ouvrir. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits. »

« We LOVED this place. Enough space for 5 people and it was so cute and clean. Hot water lasted, air conditioner was cold, has a washer, drier, and dishwasher, and everything worked. Seems like its far from the french quarter but its really not and its easy to get anywhere from there. Theres a really nice grocery store only a couple blocks down the road. There is a bar next door but we had no issues and couldn't even hear anything from it. I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful host too!...

« Real charming home! The layout is kind of awkward when you rent the entire place out, other than that, it's located in a walkable neighborhood with shops and a grocery store that are close. The owners were very accommodating and gracious. I recommend. »

« Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room....

« Convenient to Mardi Gras parade route and the St. Charles trolley. We were disappointed in the quality of the apartment itself. Light bulbs were burnt out, the stools at the island were too high, the flooring was cracked and spongy, the woodwork needed paint, and it looked ants had taken up residency in the wall next to the front door which did not fit the entrance opening. We were glad to leave at the end of our stay. »
