The lights in the area(city) went out (not the fault of the owners but due a storm) and the surge when the electric came on affected the ac, called for assisantance and they came and solved the issue quickly. « This is a fantastic villa. It is a beautiful setting facing west and we loved to watch the sunset every night. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware and we enjoyed making dinner and having BBQs. Although it is not on the beach, but rather on a rock face, you can jump off the deck into the water and enjoy fantastic snorkeling. It's a short swim to the beach and restaurants. « The villa was well appointed. The view is spectacular and it is very safe. The pool was clear and the water was warm. There was always hot water and all appliances functioned as expected. The host and property managers were very responsive. The points to consider are there is no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. They do supply dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The neighbors are extremely noise sensitive so if you want music around the pool or children yelling and laughing be prepared for...
