« Location was great. Everything from the staff to the ambiance was amazing. There was a bit of a wait time for the bar and the restaurant, they seemed to be a bit short staffed. However, my husband and I had a great time here. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg this is definitely the hotel we will be staying again. »

« This property is beautiful and close to the strip with all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Everything is in walking distance. We were right next-door to the Ripley's Aquarium. We were told at check in that black bears like to roam the property and to be cautious. We saw bears numerous times while staying. « Construction going on outside our building which was not noted when we booked very loud with children and an autistic child that is sensitive to noise! Needs to be noted when you book! Room was okay not the best needs updated but was okay. Staff was amazing! »
