« Somewhat my fault for not recognizing this is sort of a hybrid Bed and Breakfast/VRBO type facility. Expedia did not really make that clear. Requires signing up for check-in web app to get entry code. No on-sight desk staff. Not a problem, but should be more prominent on Expedia listing. Promised evening dining options were not available due to apparent staff turnover. We had hoped to have a quick evening dining option that did not require driving/parking in Gatlinburg (roughly 1 mile...

« The hotel has enough amenities that you wouldn't even have to leave if you didn't want to. I've wanted to stay at this hotel for years, and finally got to. There's 2 restaurants, a bar, outdoor areas to sit and play corn hole, a pool that's great for kids etc. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers, and has great views of the mountains. I'd love to stay here again. »
