Come stay in this spacious `Super Suite` located conveniently 1 block from downtown Culver restaurants and shops, a 5 minute stroll to Lake Max and Culver Coffee Company and a 4 minute drive to Culver Academies. (1 mile from the academy).

This rental space is a fully rehabbed and recently updated as a basement suite that incudes the following living space:

-Family room with a large screen TV, X-box and sofa
-Queen bed in the same room as family room space
-Full bathroom with shower and tub
-Bunk room with three twin beds (one is a trundle)
-Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
-Stocked mini-fridge
-Coffee / Tea set-up
-Microwave

This space sleeps 5 max with two people sharing a queen bed, two twin beds and a trundle twin. Twin beds and trundle located in private separate bunk room.

Note** There is no kitchen, access to unit is down a short flight of stairs, this is not a shared space, it is a private home that is duplexed as lower and upper level separate units.

Entire private basement suite and back yard area

Absolutely no vaping or smoking of any kind in this home. $500 fee for any on premise smoking of any kind. Owners family has asthma. No exceptions.
