This first floor apartment consists of a comfortable king size bedroom and a common area that features: a futon sofa, dining area and stocked kitchenette, both areas features A/C. We will provide beach chairs, cooler and towels.... just what you need explore Culebra's turquoise waters. 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms apartment.

Kitchen will be stocked with salt, pepper, oil as well as with the main utensils, dishes, etc to prepare meals. We hope you try our Puerto Rican coffee - also provided.

This apartment can be accessed from the handicap parking without any steps. One of the full bathrooms is designed without barriers, making this property suitable for persons with mobility challenges.

DETAILS TO NOTE:
This apartment complex was severely damaged by Hurricane Maria. *See pictures in listing*. Now, 8 years later, some common areas have not been restored or demolished because of insurance/legal reasons. The process has been long, but this still doesn't keep us from enjoying Culebra and this property.

Please note that the beach gear we provide is beach chairs, towels, and a small cooler. No umbrella, snorkeling, or beach pad.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.

We guarantee that all utilities are up-to-date prior to each guest’s arrival, and proof of this can be provided if necessary.

By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern and that the host will not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by external factors.

No compensation will be provided for outages or service loss beyond our control.
