« This is a simply gorgeous place to stay. The top floor palapa with dipping pool has views towards the lagoon and the Grand Isla hotel. Sunrise on the palapa is very special. The location is great: close to the malecon for a sunrise or sunset stroll and close to the many music locations. The apartment itself is really well designed and well equipped. As long as you don't mind some street noise (but the AC provides white noise) there cannot be a better place to stay in Barra. »

« It was a great stay although the taxi had a hard time finding it. There should be more signage for them so they know where to go. On the VRBO it shows a picture of the ocean front from the condo not sure where this picture was taken from as it’s not from the condo we stayed in maybe roof top? »

« Located in the busy area of Barra de Navidad. Shops and restaurants literally around the corner. Lots of local food vendors and small grocery stores. It can be noisy at night but I found that when I went into bedroom the noise decreased significantly and I was not bothered at all, slept well. Bed very comfortable and minisplit air conditioning in bedroom. Unit is small enough that just bedroom ac is enough to keep place comfortable. Ceiling fans added to comfort. « The house is lovely with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had, a stunning domed roof ceiling in the bedroom, good shower, comfortable bed and good internet so ticks lots of boxes. It is on the edge of town and has some industrial neighbours which made it very noisy. Happy folks are working hard but it is something to know about. It’d be best to have a car or rent bicycles if staying here as taxis were hard to come by at least when we were there. The walk into town was about 18 minutes. If...
