« A wonderful place to stay in Ilfracombe. Lorraine and Adrian were excellent hosts and very welcoming. My room and ensuite were great, with a view down over the town and towards the sea. Spotlessly clean. There is a new terrace area for seating outside and they have retained the Honesty Bar downstairs with a range of beers, ciders, wine and soft drinks. The breakfast area opens out on to the terrace and the Breakfast menu is truly amazing with a massive choice and ALL dietary needs catered for....

« The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Otherwise, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean and big enough. The breakfast offers quite a variety of food. »

« Have known this hotel for a number of years and it was one of the best in the area but now needing a facelift without spoiling its design. Lift inside needs upgrading, fixtures and fittings need upgrading. STAFF were lovely especially Carol in the lounge area, very kind and helpful. Pool and garden area lovely. « Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers. »

« Three things you need to run a great Bed and Breakfast. 1. A great host. 2. A great bed and room. 3. A great breakfast. This place has all three and is the perfect place for a short stay in Ilfracombe. Definitely recommended. »

« Staff were very friendly the room was cleaned every day and it was a nice size room as well. Breakfast was lovely and you had a choice of what to have (Full English breakfast was plenty and lovely) I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in staying at Ilfracombe. »
