The check-in was terrible because I was taken to the hospital with a UTI the morning we were to travel and check in later that day. There was no check-in. My wife called the motel to let them know and asked for a refund. The clerk said we would have to contact Expedia for that. We could not get wi-fi service in the hospital with our cell phone to email. I would like to request a refund or a voucher for future travel. Hope this gets to someone who cares.
