« Enjoyed one night stay in Rm 6 (yes all the guest rooms are numbered). The apt comes with kitchen, batch room and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Besides, there is common area you share with other guests including the balcony and the basement. Clean, warm and convenient location to The PA Grand Canyon Lookout. Bill the owner is the greatest host you can find! Absolutely recommend this place. »

« We had the best time at Chris' place. Absolutely beautiful home in a serene and quiet setting. The views of the night sky were incredible. Home itself was very clean, kitchen was stocked with most supplies you'd need. The property was well maintained and we loved the butterfly garden. The game room was also a hit! Recommend bringing a sleeping mask as the sunrise is bright in the bedrooms. We will definitely be back again! »

« Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! « Ken, the host, was awesome. The VRBO website wouldn’t allow us to modify our reservation, but Ken handled what VRBO couldn’t. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and guided us to the perfect locations that met all our requests. The apartment had every amenity we needed. Hopeful to hear details on the dates for the haunted trail they host in the fall. »

« We had a fantastic stay! The property was peaceful, private, and exactly the kind of outdoor getaway our family was looking for. Our kids loved fishing in the bass pond (our 7-year-old caught her first fish on her second cast!), and we enjoyed the wildlife, beautiful acreage, and proximity to the PA Grand Canyon area. The owners were great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« What a wonderful place! We even heard an elk call from the hill! Very peaceful and gorgeous surrounding. The brook adds to the calm. Chris was easily reachable and so helpful in many ways and also offered suggestions of places to go and things to do. Hot tub was a plus! Beds are comfy too! Would highly recommend. »
