This wonderful year-round hideaway is perfect for a family, small group of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday.

Fully renovated with eco credentials and underfloor heating throughout (upstairs and downstairs!), Mollie's Cottage retains its original wood flooring and beautiful Inglenook fireplace, now home to a cosy wood burning stove. The owners have made this cottage as charming as possible with modern fixtures and fittings yet it nudges back to its bygone character era while delivering on all levels. The kitchen is well-equipped for all the foodies amongst you and dining al fresco during the summer months is a delight in the enclosed garden, where children and dogs can play safely while you prepare your locally sourced treats. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the spacious family bathroom - with a slipper bath and separate, large walk-in power shower - opposite and the other with 3ft twin beds and an en-suite shower.

Mollie's Cottage offers the opportunity to spend time away in a quality hideaway in a hard-to-beat location and ticks all the right boxes whatever your levels of adventure. A mere stroll from the amenities the charming village of Overstrand has to offer, you can pack a picnic full of delicious local produce and walk to the beach for the day where you can swim in the sea, you can walk the coastal path from the doorstep or explore picture-perfect seaside villages and towns to the east and west. For the super-energetic, surf lessons can be booked in Cromer at the Glide Surf School and paddle boarding is an option too.
