Verso il Mare is a five-bedroom Victorian coastal home in Cromer, created for the kind of stays where everyone can finally be together — without having to spend every moment in the same room.

The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, Cromer town centre is around 5 minutes on foot, and four of the bedrooms have sea views.

Inside, there is plenty of space to spread out: five bedrooms, several living and social spaces, a pool room, dedicated Xbox room and a large kitchen made for cooking and gathering together.
Wake slowly with coffee from the Sage espresso machine. Walk down to the beach before breakfast. Come home sandy. Cook something properly. Start a pool tournament after dinner, settle in for a film, play Xbox or simply stay around the table talking much later than planned.
Verso sleeps up to 11 guests and is particularly suited to families, multi-generational stays and groups of friends who want to spend real time together by the sea.

SPACES TO BE TOGETHER

One of the things that makes Verso special is the amount of space beyond the bedrooms.

The Tide is a comfortable living room for slowing down together.

The Embrace offers another place to settle in, with a 50" TV, streaming and toys for younger guests.

The Return is our social room, with a pool table, board games and a 70" TV — perfect for an evening tournament, games night or watching a big match together.

Elsewhere is a dedicated Xbox room with a 50" TV and Xbox Game Pass.

There is also a dedicated office if someone needs a quiet space to work during the stay.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR GATHERING
This is a kitchen for people who actually enjoy cooking together.

It is well equipped with a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, KitchenAid, blender, food processor, hand mixer and a generous selection of cookware, baking equipment and serving dishes.

Coffee lovers have a Sage espresso machine, French press and moka pot, with coffee and tea provided.

Cold drinking water from the kitchen tap is filtered through our Water2 filtration system.
And most importantly, there is a large dining table where everyone can sit together.

FAMILIES
Families are very welcome at Verso.

A travel cot, toddler bed, high chair, children's tableware and changing essentials are available on request.

You'll also find toys, board games and plenty to do indoors when the British seaside weather decides not to cooperate.

BEACH DAYS
The beach is around 2 minutes' walk from the house, so there's no need to pack the car every time someone wants to see the sea.

We provide a beach trolley, beach towels and blankets to make family beach days a little easier.

PARKING & GETTING AROUND
There is private parking for 2 cars behind the house.
Free on-street parking is also available on Alfred Road, subject to availability, with additional paid parking nearby at ECMC Long Stay Car Park.

Once you're here, much of Cromer can be explored on foot.
The beach is approximately 2 minutes away, while the town centre, shops, cafés and restaurants are around 5 minutes' walk from the house.

Walk down to the sea in the morning, wander along Cromer Pier, stop for coffee or fish and chips, and come home without having to get back in the car.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.
The lead guest must be 26 years or older.
A £500 security/damage deposit applies.
No pets.
No smoking in or around the house.

Parties are not permitted. Birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations are very welcome — please tell us in advance. We love helping guests make special stays feel a little more special.

Professional or commercial use of the property, including filming, photography or events, requires our prior written permission. Please contact us before booking for this purpose.

Verso is a character Victorian townhouse arranged over several floors, so there are stairs throughout the property. Please bear this in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
