Just over a 1 mile walk along quiet lanes takes you to the beach at Overstrand with a store, pub, cafe and a hotel which serves afternoon tea. A short car drive, or try the cliff-top walk along the coast, to Cromer for end of pier entertainment, esplanade gardens, golf or take home a freshly caught crab for supper. Enjoyable days out include Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, Kelling Heath, Norfolk Shire Horse Centre and Muckleburgh Military Collection.

On entering this traditional Norfolk cottage; leading into a bright and airy lounge/dining area with flatscreen TV, DVD player, feature brick fire place with log effect electric fire, kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice compartment, and a breakfatst bar. From the hallway, stairs leading to the first floor, having a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom comprising of bath, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
