« This property is one of the best managed ever. I have revisted this property on two occassions and they never miss a beat. The team focus on the details of cleaning, guest service and experience. It is a busy location, but parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great.The team always greet you! I would highly recommened this location to visiting guests. »

« Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty! »

« I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. « Not clean. The staff didn't believe I booked it online and wanted to charge me twice. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate. »

« The room was mostly clean. The floor needs cleaned and some mold under the edge in the tub. They charged us $50 in case we messed up the room. It was supposed to be returned today. So far it hasn't been. The breakfast was skimpy and was not to be taken to our room to eat. »

« Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump. »
