The host was very fast at responding. The hot tub is functional and had no issues with anything. If you sleep downstairs it can get a little cooler but nothing crazy. Everything was well kept and clean.

The home was beautiful and very inviting. The only little things we have any complaints about is: the trash bags were horrible (everyone of them broke when we took them out), one wooden game in the game room was broke and unable to be played and the darts to the dart board had seen better days. We found two okay darts and had to keep rotating them out to play a game. Overall though the place was wonderful, just a few small details that we noticed.

We love everything about this stay! Plenty of room to spread out, awesome game room & hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the Ark & restaurants. We go up to the Ark & Creation Museum almost every year & will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Our family was overly impressed with our stay. This place met all the needs we had traveling to this area. We needed a home away from home and boy did we ever. The house was in great shape and very clean. Our host was very accessible and checked on us daily. Great community location and peaceful neighbors.

This place worked out perfectly. It was very central to both the Ark and the Creation Museum, which were the purpose of our trip. There were four of us, so we each had our own bedroom, and with 2-1/2 bathrooms, everything worked smoothly. This was all great, but the main reason for my score was the unbelievably quick responses from the host whenever I had a question. If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We went to both the ark encounter and the creation museum and it was situated between them. Our grandsons played the games in the garage in the evenings and we played cards at the table. The house had everything we needed, and was amazing.

The Ark Encounter Review

Nice open floor plan home.Great communication with the host.So much to do in the area and at the house with the game that that we never did make it into the hot tub.If need to be in the area again, would definitely consider this home on option.

Beautiful, comfortable home away from home!

We stayed at this property for five nights. Check in was super easy, the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was as described in the posting. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ping pong table and other games in the garage were a nice bonus. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for the most part. The house is relatively close to a major highway so you do get some road noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

House was good, beds comfortable. Hot water in showers was excellent. Yard needed mowing. Trash cart’s were full. Maybe some hooks in the hot tub area for towels would be a nice touch. In the kitchen maybe a one gallon plastic pitcher for tea. Overall a good place to stay close to both the Ark and Creation museum.

Cousin trip

The property itself was great and met all of our needs. However when we arrived there was a very strong cigarette smell. I would suggest that the owners buy an air purifier to remove those smells when someone breaks the rules. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke and was miserable all weekend. I did call the management and they did offer an air freshener. However an air freshener does not take the smoke out of the air and makes it miserable for someone who has an allergy to it. I would also suggest extra blankets for the bedroom down on the basement as it is very cold. Otherwise it was a great vacation.

My opinion

The location was great for Ark and museum visitsWe had ants in kitchen but maintenance came and took care of it. It would have been nice to have a list of nearby grocery store and restaurants. There was stuff (balloons and dirt) under the beds and tv stands. We had a good time.

Girls Get Away

Exactly as advertised. Mom and 2 adult daughters get a way. Very nice nice. Great location to go and see Ark Encounteran and Creation Museum. Close to Dry Ridge where we are several meals!!! Beds all comfy!!! Definitely would recommend to all families. Had a great time. Thank you!!

PERFECT PLACE for Ark Encounter/Creation Museum

The home was perfect. Great beds, soft towels,Safe neighborhood, excellently clean, new appliances & furniture, garage is a game room with darts, ping pong and more!!! High chair and baby gate for stairs. Perfect for a family and us older cousins too!

Perfect Place

We stayed here as a family of 5 plus my mother in law. It was a fantastic set up with the bedroom and sitting room downstairs separate from the upstairs bedroom and living area. The kids absolutely loved the game room with all the activities! The place was clean, fresh, excellent location to the ark encounter and creation museum. Everything needed was provided such as towels and sheets. They even had towels for towels for the hot tub, laundry detergent, and all the soaps. Super helpful!

Nice home

This place was great to fit our needs for the week. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use for breakfast and making spaghetti one night. We also liked having all the separate bedrooms and overall the house had the entertainment our kids needed in the garage (basketball shooter game, axe throwing and ping pong were really fun!) We had a small family of 4, but the basement bedrooms dn extra TV room would be nice if you needed them. They provided K-cups and we brought our own coffee, but didn't have filters to make a whole pot. We used the hot tub one night, but we couldn't figure out how to make the bubbles get any stronger. The bathrooms were really nice and there were plenty of towels. Overall, nice house for the price and close to Cincinnati and the Ark Encounter!
