« Needed a quiet, safe, pleasant place for 2 older ladies and a dog for a couple days, and this could not have been more perfect. Thoughtful, lovely planting around a capacious cabin, much time was spent outdoors just being there. Feeling of absolute peaceful privacy, calm and lovely. The long stretch of actively farmed fields on one side, the endlessly changing light on a diverse marsh on the other, very Eastern Shore. « The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive. »
