« The tub was peeling paint. They were out of Tylenol. The Manager opened my door to my room without warning. Saying she was checking up on the staff to make sure my room was cleaned properly. That was very inappropriate, I could have been undressed. I feel as if she could have let me open the door versus her just letting herself in. »

« I literally killed a dozen roaches in my room. The water was luke warm at best on max for my shower. The Trim in the room was falling off. The room had a weird musty smell to it. The HVAC unit for the room produced a nasty smell as well and set off the smoke alarm in my room the first time i turned it on. You could also tell on some of the rooms that they had been broken into/attempted to be broken into. »
