As you step further inside, you'll find yourself in the open-concept living space, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring granite countertops, a gas stove, state-of-the-art appliances, and settings for up to 14 guests. Whether you're preparing a feast or a casual meal, this kitchen has everything you need. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with magical views across the valley and a dining table for 8. There are also 6 bar stools at the island.

On the first floor, two inviting bedrooms await. The first is a master suite, complete with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and in the private master bath a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and breathtaking views of the western landscape, including the majestic Whetstone Mountain. There is a semi-private bath across the hall.

With two trundle beds (sleeps 4 total), two queen sleeper sofas, and another flat-screen TV, it's a space designed for fun and relaxation. These 2 rooms share a semi-private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

To drive to town from the house is 9.5 miles and takes about 15 minutes and it is 12 miles to the ski area and takes about 20 minutes. There is a free bus in CB south and is about 7-10 minute drive.
Please note that during the winter months, 4X4 or AWD vehicles will be needed for access. The driveway is large enough for several cars, ATVs, or trailers.
