Summary:

Base Area location! My non-smoking no frills studio condo -tel has the ideal location at the heart of the base area, literally a half a cup of coffee walk to lifts, ski, snowboard & bike rentals, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and business center. We have one site parking for one vehicle. Additional parking availble close by. Free bus to town is right out the front door!



The Space:

My second floor condo at The Grand Lodge has partial views of the West Elk mountains in the distance. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably on one king bed and a queen sofa bed. I also own the unit next door, 281, if you need more space. The studio-style space has a kitchenette which includes a coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, one-burner stove, small refrigerator and dishwasher. In case you want to eat in, there are pots & pans, a full set of dishes and a crockpot. Other condo amenities include cable TV and high speed WIFI. One free on site parking pass per unit, addtional paid parking available next door Elevation hotel underground.



We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).



Guest Access:

Key code lock on unit 279 door located on the second floor, West building, North end of hall. Code is sent to you before your reservation check in on the Airbnb app.

Getting Around:

Walkable Mt. Crested Butte Ski Resort Base Area. Free shuttle to town of Crested Butte from Base area. Outside parking, EV charging.
